“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.” (Samuel Beckett) Is it possible that failure, the thing we dread and strive so hard to avoid, can be our best friend and surest teacher? What might happen if we befriend failure, rather than fear it? More importantly, given how swift change is afoot in our society, what happens if we don’t learn to see failure as the positive source of information, innovation, and life?
